Growing up outside Detroit, MI, Jason found entertainment and inspiration in the world of comics. Art had the power to transport him to an extraordinary world of creativity. And as an Illustrator, he is able to channel his imagination into his art to bring that world to life for everyone to enjoy.

With a BFA in Illustration from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Jason brings a unique comic style to his expressive characters and fresh designs. Living and working around the country, his varied professional experience also gives him the versatility to design in any style with ease.

Jason’s keen attention to detail and desire to excite and inspire with his design bring a unique flavor to his work.

His influences include hip-hop, basketball, comics, and cats, and he pulls endless inspiration from the world around him.

Besides growing up in Motown itself, Jason prides himself in finding the life in each of his characters. By bringing in a sense of realism, he creates a life and soul for each of the characters he designs.

Currently, Jason is back in the Michigan area working as a freelance artist accepting new clients and contracts. His industry knowledge gives him the ability to design from conceptualization through production.
